Marcol Industrial has acquired the former Coalite plant in Bolsover, Derbyshire, in a joint venture with Midlands based environmental specialists DSM Group. The 144 acre site is to be remediated by DSM and developed by the JV for a variety of uses.

As part of a strategic re-focussing of the CGIS fund, some mature investments are being sold and funds are being reinvested in central London growth opportunities.
